Where are you located?


Aspire Apparel US is located in Olathe, KS.


When Can I Expect My Order to Ship?


Please allow 14 business days from the time you place your order for it to ship.


How much is shipping?


Aspire offers USPS First Class ($5), USPS Priority ($7), and UPS Ground ($9). Orders over $50 ship for free.


Where is Local Pick Up?


Local Pick Up is near downtown Olathe, KS. If you select Local Pick Up, instructions will be sent to you once your order is fulfilled. 


Do I Need To Create An Account?


Although we highly recommend creating an account because it makes it easier to track your order, you don’t have to create an account. You will need to provide a valid email address and contact details. 


Can I Change My Order?


We start working on your order as soon as it’s placed so there is a limited timeframe in which changes can be made. If you would like to make changes please email us at aspireappalreus@gmail.com.


Can I Add Items to My Order?


Unfortunately we can not add items to an existing order, however, you can submit a new order and we’ll be happy to waive shipping if the first order has not shipped yet. Please contact us with both order numbers.


What Is Your Returns Policy?


At Aspire Apparel US we stand behind our product and want you to have something you can wear. We accept exchanges on regular priced items for sizing within 14 business days of tracking confirmed receipt of our product. The item must be unworn and still have tags attached. Please contact us to initiate your return.


Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on custom or sale items.


What if my item is damaged?


Be sure to inspect your item thoroughly upon receipt. In the event your item is damaged please contact us so we can make it right.
